Amended NSW Clean Air Regulations

The Protection of the Environment Operations (Clean Air) Regulations 2010 outlines requirements and standards for air emissions in NSW.

A 2005 amendment of the regulations established requirements for companies to review their operations and emissions and ensure that by 1 January 2012 plant commissioned before 1 July 1979 complies with limits specified in the regulations.
