NPI reports for the 2017 calendar year reporting period are due on 31 March 2018

If your company needs to report to the NPI for the 1 January 2017 - 31 December 2017 period, the report should be submitted by 31 March 2018.

Please read the latest version of the NPI Guide for further information about reporting to the NPI. Any new documents released over the next few months will be highlighted with a news item on this website as soon as they are released.

If you are required to submit a National Greenhouse and Energy (NGER) report as well as an NPI report, it is important to avoid inconsistencies in information reported to government under the NPI and NGER programs.
